Started by clinicians who saw the gap firsthand.
Medical Safe Charity Foundation was founded by a group of physicians, public-health workers and technologists who kept watching the same story repeat: a patient diagnosed with diabetes or hypertension, given a prescription, then lost to follow-up because they couldn't afford the next visit.
We built MSCF as the bridge: free screening, subsidized medication, follow-up by phone, and a transparent finance model that donors can actually trust.
